Product policy
Whenever possible we send the flowers exactly as shown on our website. On occasion if flowers are out of season or if we do not have the product as seen we may substitute for similar items of equal or greater value. Always keeping in mind to maintain the style and theme of the arrangement. Occasionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color. The end product will always be maintained to its professional standard, quality and value. Wherever possible, in cases where we do not have similar products or flowers we will contact you.
